In Short

• Responsible for delivering programs that create, influence, and accelerate pipeline for sales-owned enterprise accounts across EMEA.
• Plan and execute regional marketing programs including events and ABM activities.
• Develop multi-channel promotion plans to drive attendance and engagement.
• Manage and produce field programs and events (both virtual and in-person).
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver programs effectively.
• Define KPIs, track budgets, and oversee program logistics.
• Track, measure, and communicate program performance using analytics tools.
• Solid experience in Field Marketing, preferably in B2B technology.

Requirements

• Experience in trade shows, conferences, and workshops.
• Understanding of Account-Based Marketing principles.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce and Marketo.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
