In Short

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on local ER policies.
  • Manage and document complex employee relations investigations.
  • Provide legally sound advice to managers on policy interpretation.
  • Offer performance management guidance to management.
  • Collaborate with Legal and HRBP Stakeholders.
  • Maintain global HR policies and Employee Handbook.
  • Apply knowledge of international and US labor laws.
  • Design and standardize official employment templates.
  • Support the identification of streamlined global HR processes.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of HR experience focusing on Employee Relations.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws.
  • Ability to apply non-U.S. labor law principles.
  • Functional knowledge of HR principles and processes.
  • Strong problem solving and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and discretion with confidential data.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
