In Short

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry analysts from firms like Gartner and IDC.
• Manage incoming analyst requests for information and support.
• Work across product and marketing teams to align analyst engagements with business objectives.
• Coordinate briefings and RFI responses across multiple analyst firms.
• Synthesize and submit written responses to analyst inquiries.
• Monitor industry research to position New Relic and its products.
• Track and report on analyst interactions and sentiment.
• Ensure compliance with subscription/licensing terms.

Requirements

• 7+ years in analyst relations or corporate communications at a high-growth, B2B software company.
• Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Superior communication and presentation skills.
• Technical and business acumen.
• Ability to analyze market trends and research.
• Ability to partner with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or related industry experience.
