Overview

The Employee Relations Partner manages and resolves employee relations issues to ensure a fair and legally compliant workplace in Costa Rica.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Law, Psychology, or related field.
  • 3+ years in employee relations or HR roles in multinational organizations.
  • In-depth understanding of Costa Rican labor law.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
