Samsung is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Partner with a deep understanding of employee relations and a passion for fostering a great workplace experience. This role is critical in designing and implementing innovative HR solutions to support organizational growth and transformation.

In Short

• Serve as a trusted advisor for complex employee relations issues.
• Provide guidance on company policies and employment laws.
• Conduct and review internal investigations.
• Maintain thorough documentation of cases and investigations.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and Legal for effective solutions.
• Identify trends in employee relations and drive improvements.
• Develop and deliver training workshops.
• Collaborate with legal teams for compliance.
• Provide employee relations metrics to mitigate risk.
• Assist with special HR projects as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in employee relations or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting investigations.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters confidentially.
