Overview

The Employee Relations Partner is responsible for providing tactical Employee Relations consultation to resolve employee issues and advise on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, organizational management, or law.
• 5+ years of experience in HR or related fields.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent conflict resolution and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Flexibility to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
