The Employee Relations Partner will support programs to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture while providing confidential counseling on work-related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR regulations.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong facilitation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems.
