The Senior Employee Relations Partner at Samsara will provide strategic guidance on sensitive employee relations matters, ensuring a positive employee experience while minimizing risk.

• Advise management on complex employee relations decisions.
• Work with People Partners and Legal on employee relations issues.
• Evolve employee relations practices across the company.

• Use HR analytics to identify trends and make recommendations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in employee relations and workplace conflict.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Knowledge of international labor practices in Mexico.
• Ability to support Pacific Time Zone business hours.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion issues.
• BS/BA and JD degree preferred.
