Requirements

• Experience in HR Advisor / ER Specialist role.
• Expertise in employment law and ER advice.
• Strong growth mindset and adaptability.
• Knowledge of US employment law.
• Experience in managing employee relations matters.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Calmness in challenging situations.
