Overview

The Senior Advisor, Employee Relations and HR Operations is a leadership role within Multiplier’s Human Resources team, focusing on aligning organizational policies, employment regulations, and best practices while providing exceptional service to employees.

In Short

  • Lead employee relations function supporting employees and managers.
  • Provide coaching and support for employment transitions.
  • Conduct internal investigations and ensure fair resolutions.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and compliance matters.
  • Oversee the relationship with benefits broker and administration of benefits programs.
  • Collaborate on strategic HR initiatives related to DEIJ.
  • Manage key HR projects ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
  • Enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Mentor HR team members and support their development.

Requirements

  • 8+ years progressive HR experience, especially in employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS software, particularly UKG Ready.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and handle sensitive issues.
  • Experience in a nonprofit environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management tools preferred.
  • Compassionate and human-centered professional approach.
