Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in employee relations.

• In-depth understanding of European employment laws.
• Ability to work collaboratively across the organization.
• Strong attention to detail in documentation.
• Experience in conflict resolution and facilitation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• BS/BA and JD degree preferred.
