In Short

• We are looking for a highly capable Senior Full Stack Software Engineer.
• You will work on a full-stack, ML/AI-adjacent platform.
• Collaborate closely with product management, data engineers, and UX partners.
• Design and build backend services supporting real-time and batch workflows.
• Develop and maintain user-facing web interfaces.
• Ensure systems are observable, reliable, and secure.
• Own features end-to-end from design through deployment.
• Continuously improve code quality and architecture.
• Contribute ideas and technical direction to the Matching platform.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience building and operating complex backend systems.
• Strong full-stack experience, including modern frontend frameworks.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and service-oriented architectures.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational data systems.
• Knowledge of Docker and container-based deployments.
• Ability to design and deliver work collaboratively.
• Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS) and Linux.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
