Overview

The ADAS Estimator and Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all ADAS repair processes adhere to company standards, providing excellent customer service and compliance oversight.

In Short

  • Conduct thorough reviews of estimates and documentation for ADAS repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with pre- and post-scan protocols.
  • Manage escalations from field operators and insurance carriers.
  • Coordinate scheduling and invoicing with Protech teams.
  • Analyze estimates for potential Gross Profit improvement.
  • Provide feedback to enhance calibration tools.
  • Offer training to service advisors on compliance and standards.
  • Track and report findings for continuous improvement.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Maintain safety and policy compliance in all activities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating or ADAS repair processes.
  • Strong knowledge of documentation and Protech scheduling.
  • Proficient in CCC Pathways estimating software and ADAS systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer service-oriented with a friendly demeanor.
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license and meet insurance criteria.
  • Physical ability to perform job requirements.
