Quality and Compliance Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Quality and Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of services and output across all company processes, working under the direction of the Quality Improvement Manager.

In Short

• Fully remote role with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm CST.
• Conduct client audits and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Process Internal Priority Quality Improvement Projects (IPQI).
• Monitor company processes to identify trends and best practices.
• Report quality-driven analysis and metrics to the Director.
• Collaborate with various departments to address quality concerns.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures.
• Assist Compliance with client-issued corrective actions.
• Develop workflows and process documentation.
• Coordinate meeting agendas and minutes for quality-related meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of experience in quality or related business fields.
• Experience in the healthcare or managed care industry.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of QA methodologies and process management.
• Ability to be self-directed and organized.
