Overview

This position works with the Insurance team to provide support for ensuring a comprehensive quality assurance/compliance review program that maintains compliance and consistent application of federal and state insurance rules, regulations, policies and procedures and insurance carrier (AIP) underwriting rules.

  • Collaborates with Quality Review Coordinator team
  • Maintains relationships with AIP quality control teams

  • Requires proficiency in crop insurance field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills needed

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in business administration, agriculture or related field
  • Proficient experience in the Crop Insurance field
  • Willing to obtain an Insurance License
  • Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
