In Short

• Responsible for monitoring and improving quality performance through error rate analysis.
• Facilitates corrective action processes and compliance audits.
• Supports customer meetings and risk analysis.
• Manages training records and certification updates.
• Collaborates across departments to drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitates internal audits to ensure adherence to ISO 9001.
• Creates Quality & Safety alerts and tracks responses.
• Performs weekly risk analysis of project schedules.
• Facilitates root cause analysis and CAPA procedures.
• Observes and promotes Probo’s standards on safety and quality.

Requirements

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.
• Critical thinking and remote communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Internal auditor certification preferred.
• No more than twice a year travel for customer meetings.
• Must be able to work in a seated position for 8 hours a day.
