• Evaluate internal processes, tasks, and calls to ensure adherence to company standards.
• Conduct routine audits in Practice Fusion and other systems to assess accuracy and compliance.
• Document findings and provide corrective action recommendations.
• Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with leadership to develop action plans.
• Ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively to maintain operational efficiency.
• Track and monitor compliance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Analyze performance data and generate reports on key metrics.
• Provide constructive feedback and insights to performance leaders.
• Use Slack and Zoom to communicate findings and facilitate discussions.
• Work closely with internal teams to drive quality improvements.
