Quality Assurance Specialist - Remote

The Kerv Group is a next-generation ‘customer-first, cloud-first’ provider, created to help customers achieve successful business outcomes in a new digital era. We are seeking a QA Specialist to assist in delivering Contact Centre implementation projects for customers.

In Short

• Design and implement testing plans for customers
• Execute test cases and analyse results
• Adhere to QA processes
• Collaborate with project teams and customers
• Report bugs and errors to project and development teams
• Work on automating selected test cases
• Support customer’s User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Improve QA processes and methodologies
• Participate in face-to-face meetings and site visits
• Work in a hybrid or remote capacity

Requirements

• Experience in QA methodology
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience with automated telephony testing tools, such as Cyara
• Experience of call centres data and operations (ideally)
• Experience with other automated testing tools (ideally)
• Cyara certifications (ideally)
