Full Stack Developer - Remote

Overview

This is a client-facing hybrid working role, requiring travel to the office in London once a month and client visits every two months, with the rest of the time being remote working in the UK.

• Full Stack Developer role focused on delivering custom software for projects.
• Work with the Genesys Cloud CX Platform and third-party products.
• Customer-facing role with occasional face-to-face meetings.
• Collaborate with multiple teams including Project, Support, Pre-sales, and Sales.
• Implement various software solutions and maintain existing ones.
• Contribute to high-level and low-level design documents.
• Conduct research for achieving technical goals based on customer requirements.
• Adhere to the Kerv Secure Coding Policy.
• Provide documentation for code written.
• Utilize cloud hosting technologies, particularly AWS.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with .NET and C#.
• 5+ years of experience with JavaScript for front-end applications.
• Experience with React for front-end development.
• Experience with Node.js for smaller projects.
• Some experience with AWS hosting technologies.
• Ideally experience in call centers and understanding of telephony.
• Knowledge of Python and Django is a plus.
