Overview

The Customer Service Representative serves as a primary point of contact for inbound customer interactions, delivering timely, accurate, and solutions-focused support while managing orders, quotes, and customer inquiries.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and customer support processes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Three or more years of experience in customer service.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a self-directed environment.
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous working knowledge of customer support processes.
  • Familiarity with consultative or soft sales techniques.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and a positive approach to change.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
