Overview

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at Pro Athlete, you will be the face of the organization, providing exceptional service and resolving customer inquiries across various channels.

In Short

Provide a “wow” experience for customers.
Resolve customer inquiries via social media, phone, live chat, and email.
Become a product expert in baseball and softball equipment.
Review orders to minimize chargeback claims.
Initiate UPS claims for lost or damaged packages.
Assist customers with the returns process.
Place orders over the phone.
Communicate with other departments to improve processes.
Work approximately 20 to 25 hours per week.
Weekend and evening shifts required.

Requirements

Customer/client focus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented and resourceful.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Technical capacity to handle various customer service tools.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
