Overview

The ADAS Estimator and Compliance Specialist is responsible for reviewing estimates and documentation related to ADAS repairs, ensuring compliance with company standards and providing exceptional customer service.

In Short

  • Conduct thorough reviews of estimates and documentation for ADAS repairs.
  • Analyze service information to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.
  • Enforce compliance with pre- and post-scan protocols.
  • Manage escalations from field operators and insurance carriers.
  • Coordinate with Protech teams for scheduling and invoicing.
  • Analyze estimates for potential Gross Profit improvement.
  • Provide feedback to enhance calibration prediction tools.
  • Offer training to service advisors on compliance and repair standards.
  • Deliver world-class customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Maintain adherence to safety rules and quality standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in estimating or ADAS repair processes.
  • Proficient in CCC Pathways estimating software and ADAS systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer service-oriented with a friendly demeanor.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods.
