Overview

The Senior Employee Relations Partner at Centene will serve as a strategic partner providing expert advice and services in employee relations, helping to resolve complex employee matters and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

In Short

• Serve as a consultative partner in employee relations.

• 5+ years of experience in human resources or employee relations required.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• AWI certification strongly preferred.

• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
