Requirements

• Degree from an Accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• 5 – 7 years of related experience.
• RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure required.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse healthcare providers.
• Experience in care management and quality assurance.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Ability to assess and revise care plans based on member needs.
• Familiarity with NCQA standards.
