As a Health Coach at Centene, you will assist members in improving their health and wellness through assessments and tailored care plans, working remotely.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Knowledge of wellness programs and health assessments.
• Proficient in documenting and maintaining member information.
• Commitment to compliance with accreditation standards.
• Ability to provide telephonic support and coaching.
• Willingness to engage with members and healthcare providers.
