We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Wellness Coach with a background in psychology, HR, and coaching to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients and representatives on their wellness journey through personalized coaching and guidance. In Short

• Conduct individual wellness coaching sessions with clients and representatives to assess needs, set goals, and develop personalized wellness plans.
• Provide support and guidance in areas such as stress management, mindfulness, resilience building, and self-care practices.
• Facilitate group wellness workshops and seminars on topics relevant to overall well-being and personal development.
• Collaborate with HR departments to design and implement wellness programs tailored to the needs of corporate clients.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of wellness programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Serve as a resource and advocate for mental health and well-being within the organization, promoting a culture of wellness and inclusivity.
• Stay abreast of current research and trends in psychology, wellness, and coaching to continuously enhance professional knowledge and skills.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, progress, and outcomes.

Requirements

• Background in psychology, HR, or coaching.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
• Experience in wellness coaching or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to design and implement wellness programs.
• Knowledge of mental health and wellness best practices.
• Organizational skills for maintaining client records.
