Health Coach - Remote

Overview

As a Health Coach at CVS Health, you will support Medicare members by providing health coaching, education, and resources to help them manage their health effectively.

In Short

• Provide health coaching to Medicare members.
• Instruct group coaching classes on health topics.
• Assist members in engaging with healthcare providers.
• Document member interactions accurately.
• Demonstrate empathy towards members and caregivers.
• Troubleshoot resource availability for members.
• Follow program workflows consistently.
• Support specific working hours (MST/PST).
• Encourage participation in health management.
• Work in a fully remote capacity.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Health Coach.
• Health Coach certification is required.
• Preferred experience in community health or public health.
• Managed Care/Medicare/Medicaid experience preferred.
• Bilingual candidates preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Associates degree or equivalent experience required.
