Overview

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will be instrumental in leveraging technology to enhance health outcomes for millions of members, collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements.
• Translate high-level business requirements into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Create systems and business process models, specifications, and diagrams.
• Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Plan and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Research and analyze existing requirement gathering processes.
• Maintain system protocols and user documentation.
• Prepare technical reports by analyzing trends and information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field.
• 4 – 6 years of related experience.
• Experience with claim rejection review and claims analysis.
• Knowledge of healthcare payer business functions.
• Familiarity with Agile Software Development and Software Development Life Cycle.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
