Overview

We are looking for an HR Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR daily activities.

In Short

• Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as scheduling online & onsite tests and interviews.
• Provide support in the preparation of recruitment-related documentation and reports.
• Support other HR administrative tasks, e.g. Training, and other HR activities.
• Support content for company social media.
• Final Year Student or Fresh Graduate in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related areas.
• Open for 1 year internship period.
• Passion for the HR area.
• Able to speak English.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
• Able to use design tools (Canva / Photoshop).

• English proficiency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
• Willing to work from the office Monday - Friday.
