Wokelo is a Gen-AI powered investment research platform that automates complex research and analysis tasks, traditionally performed by humans. We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive HR and Operations Intern to join our dynamic team, providing hands-on experience across a range of HR functions and operational tasks within a fast-paced startup environment.

In Short

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Prior internship experience in HR or operations is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Comfortable using communication tools like Slack and Microsoft Teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Availability to commit 35-40 hours/week.
