Senior QA Tester - Remote

In Short

• Design and execute comprehensive manual testing strategies for our AI powered SaaS platform, website and all supporting tools and applications as required or specified time to time.
• Establish robust QA processes and testing frameworks from the ground up.
• Lead quality initiatives across development cycles, ensuring our platform meets the high standards our enterprise clients expect.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams to identify and resolve issues early.
• Mentor and guide team members on QA best practices (formal team management not required).
• Create detailed test documentation and maintain quality metrics.
• Review requirements and write test cases.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of hands-on QA experience with a proven track record in SaaS environments.
• Process builder mindset - you've successfully set up QA processes and frameworks before.
• Solid understanding of Jira/Azure DevOps for tracking bugs, features, and stories.
• Experience with cross platform and browser testing.
• SaaS expertise - deep understanding of cloud-based software testing challenges and methodologies.
• Managing teams - comfortable guiding others and driving quality initiatives (formal management experience is a plus but not mandatory).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with enterprise software, api testing and complex data workflows is a bonus.
