Overview

The Employee Relations Partner will be instrumental in building and maintaining the foundational governance for our global workforce. This is a high-impact role focused on mastering the intersection of policy development, organizational compliance, and complex employee relations (ER) management at scale.

In Short

  • Manage and resolve complex ER cases across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Analyze ER and compliance data for strategic recommendations.
  • Design and implement global People policies.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Manage significant projects with cross-functional partners.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Employee Relations and Compliance.
  • Proven track record of managing complex ER cases.
  • Exceptional data analysis skills related to ER and compliance.
  • Experience advising management on legal risk mitigation.
  • Ability to execute the full lifecycle of global People policies.
  • Expertise in developing SOPs and consultation guides.
  • Experience managing performance structures and documentation.
  • Ability to manage complex projects with various stakeholders.
