  • Negotiate outcomes in complex termination scenarios.
  • Ensure compliance in offboarding activities with various stakeholders.
  • Draft and administer termination documents accurately.
  • Respond to queries on offboarding matters.
  • Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns.
  • Support clients in understanding disciplinary approaches.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.

Requirements

  • Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner.
  • Strong background in managing employee exits with legal compliance.
  • Ability to interpret and apply HR laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Business-level proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Aptitude for process innovation and optimization.
  • Tech-savvy and capable of asynchronous collaboration.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability.
