In Short

• Act as a subject matter expert for the specified country/region.
• Attend Sales calls as the Country Payroll Lead.
• Lead global payroll implementation projects.
• Ensure timely delivery of payroll processes.
• Develop and maintain project plans and timelines.
• Provide ongoing support during and after implementation.
• Mentor and support Payroll Generalists.
• Focus on KPIs and SLAs.
• Work asynchronously and adapt to fast-paced environments.
• Fluent in English.

Requirements

• Extensive payroll experience in a client payroll environment.
• Expert legislative knowledge in the relevant Country.
• Payroll implementation experience.
• Strong communication skills for explaining payroll processes.
• Deep knowledge in using local payroll tools and software.
• Analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment.
• Experience in accounting/reconciliations.
• Productivity-focused mindset.
• Remote work experience is a plus.
