In Short

• Act as a subject matter expert for payroll in the specified country/region.
• Lead global payroll implementation projects ensuring timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines.
• Provide ongoing support during and after implementation.
• Support the wider implementation team and operations team.
• Ensure visibility of decisions made during the implementation process.
• Develop standardized payroll processes for efficiency.
• Participate in sales calls as the Country Payroll Lead.
• Mentor and support Payroll Generalists.
• Work asynchronously and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Extensive payroll experience in a client payroll environment.
• Expert legislative knowledge in the relevant country.
• Experience with payroll implementation.
• Strong communication skills for explaining payroll processes.
• Deep knowledge of local payroll tools and software like SAP and Excel.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced international work environment.
• Experience in accounting/reconciliations.
• Fluent in English.
• Remote work experience is a plus.
