• Extensive payroll experience in a client payroll environment.
• Ability to mentor and support Implementation Specialists.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Italy payroll experience.
• Hands-on experience implementing payroll solutions.
• Experience with mid-year transitions and complex onboarding scenarios.
• Strong communication skills for explaining payroll processes.
• Expert legislative knowledge in the relevant Country.
• Ability to manage data migration and validation.
• Experience in accounting/reconciliations.
• Analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in tech or high-growth environments.
• Ability to work asynchronously.
