In Short

• Lead, coach, and mentor the Global Payroll Implementation team.
• Own the delivery of global payroll implementation projects.
• Standardise and continuously improve global payroll implementation processes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key internal stakeholders.
• Support team leads and specialists with issue resolution.
• Monitor progress against KPIs and SLAs.
• Ensure smooth transitions between Sales handover and Payroll Operations phases.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success.
• Drive process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure accurate and accessible implementation documentation.

Requirements

• Extensive experience managing global or regional payroll implementations.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end payroll processes.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Workday).
• Analytical and solutions-focused mindset.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Comfortable working asynchronously in a distributed environment.
• Prior experience working remotely is an advantage.
• Ability to lead, coach, and empower high-performing teams.
