Deel is looking for a Global Payroll Implementation Manager to lead the successful implementation of clients on our global payroll system, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

In Short

  • Lead the implementation of global payroll systems for clients.
  • Manage project plans and coordinate with onboarding teams.
  • Define client payroll processes and requirements.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation.
  • Oversee data migration and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients during implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project success.
  • Ensure timely and effective management of payroll calendars.
  • Conduct testing and change management for smooth transitions.
  • Provide regular status updates to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in global payroll implementation.
  • 4 years of experience in running payroll.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes in multiple countries.
  • Experience with payroll systems and software.
  • Project management certification is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
