Country Finance Manager - Kenya - Remote

Overview

As the Country Finance Manager for Kenya, you will spearhead all financial activities within the country and East Africa, managing accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting to support the scaling of the business.

• Oversee and develop all financial activities in Kenya.
• Prepare and manage ledger entries and payroll.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure compliance.

Requirements

• ACCA/CPA or local equivalent is mandatory.
• 5+ years of accounting experience in high-tech companies.
• Proficiency in Payroll ERP systems, Netsuite preferred.
• Experience in a global environment with diverse financial regulations.
• Strong Excel and office skills for data analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Service-oriented with teamwork skills.
