Global Payroll Implementation Manager - Remote

Overview

The Global Payroll Implementation Manager will lead the successful implementation of clients on our global payroll system, ensuring compliance and efficiency in payroll processes.

• Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of a global payroll system.
• Support project review calls and manage project streams.
• Define and set-up client payroll processes.
• Maintain detailed project documentation.
• Oversee system set-up and parallel payroll processes.
• Act as the principal point of contact for payroll project matters.
• Ensure compliance with local and international tax and labor laws.
• Gather key requirements from clients for onboarding.
• Implement change management strategies.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive testing plan.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in global payroll implementation.
• 4 years of experience in running designated country's payroll.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance.
• Experience with various payroll systems and software.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
