Overview

The Global Payroll Implementation Manager will lead the successful implementation of clients on our global payroll system, ensuring the payroll processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.

In Short

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of a global payroll system.
  • Support project review calls and coordinate project streams.
  • Define and set up client payroll processes and requirements.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international tax and labor laws.
  • Oversee data migration from legacy systems to the new payroll system.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive testing plan.
  • Implement change management strategies for seamless transitions.
  • Regularly report project status to senior leadership.
  • Act as the principal point of contact for all payroll project matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in global payroll implementation.
  • 4 years of experience in running designated country's payroll.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance.
  • Experience with payroll systems and software.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
