In Short

• Own the planning and implementation of the Payroll chapter.
• Lead the Payroll team and provide guidance and mentorship.
• Ensure payroll is processed on time and in compliance with regulations.
• Manage relationships with third-party payroll services.
• Stay updated with international payroll laws.
• Develop best practices and key performance indicators.
• Foster a culture of productivity and improvement.
• Work asynchronously with a remote team.
• Support internal and external stakeholders on payroll matters.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in regional/global payroll operations.
• Understanding of global payroll best practices.
• Experience in implementing payroll in multiple countries.
• Passionate about managing people without micromanaging.
• Proficient in using software tools like SAP, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international environment.
• Productivity-focused and improvement-driven.
• Experience working remotely is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
