The Payroll Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our global payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in payroll delivery for employees across multiple regions. You will lead a team of payroll specialists and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline payroll systems, implement best practices, and ensure smooth payroll operations as Deel continues to scale.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in payroll management.
• 2+ years of experience managing a payroll team.
• In-depth knowledge of global payroll compliance and tax laws.
• Experience with payroll software (e.g., ADP, Workday).
• Strong analytical skills in payroll reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to handle sensitive employee data confidentially.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
