  • Draft termination documents with accuracy.
  • Respond to queries on offboarding matters.
  • Support clients with employee relations issues.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Work autonomously in a remote environment.

Requirements

  • Experience as an HR Advisor or Business Partner.
  • Proven experience with managing employee exits legally and sensitively.
  • Ability to analyze HR issues and communicate solutions.
  • Understanding of employee relations principles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Business-level proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Tech-savvy and able to work asynchronously.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
  • Bilingualism in English and French is a plus.
