Requirements

  • Extensive experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or related fields are a plus.
  • Experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits.
  • Strong understanding of employee relations principles.
  • Ability to analyze complex HR issues and provide solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Business level proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Notion, Slack, GSuite, and Zendesk.
  • Ability to work in a remote international environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
