Overview

The Senior Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions is responsible for managing employee exits while ensuring legal compliance and providing exceptional customer service in a fully remote environment.

• Independently manage complex end-to-end employee exits.
• Provide guidance on HR matters and ensure legal compliance.

Requirements

• Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner.
• Tertiary qualifications in HR/labour relations/employment law preferred.
• Strong background in managing terminations and HR compliance.
• Understanding of employee relations principles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.
• Aptitude for process innovation and optimization.
• Tech-savvy and able to work asynchronously.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a remote setting.
