Overview

The Senior Lifecycle Specialist at Remote is responsible for managing employee exits with a focus on legal compliance and exceptional customer service, while also providing Employee Relations support.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or related fields.
  • Strong background in managing employee exits.
  • Understanding of employee relations principles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Business-level proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Aptitude for process innovation and optimization.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in remote collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a sense of ownership.
