As a critical extension of our clients’ HR teams, the Employee Relations & Transitions Specialist navigates and advises on global employment with unmatched speed, expertise, and precision.

  • Manage employee exits across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Provide guidance on HR matters including termination and resignation procedures.
  • Lead meetings with clients regarding workforce reductions and terminations.
  • Ensure compliance in offboarding activities and audits.
  • Draft and administer termination documents with attention to detail.
  • Support clients with understanding disciplinary approaches and documentation.
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.
  • Work autonomously in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for enhancing customer experience.

Requirements

  • Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner.
  • Strong background in managing employee exits with legal compliance.
  • Ability to analyze complex HR issues and provide practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Business-level proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.
  • Aptitude for process innovation and optimization.
  • Tech-savvy with asynchronous collaboration skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a sense of ownership.
