Requirements

• Experience as an HR Advisor or Business Partner.
• Qualifications in HR/labour relations/employment law are a plus.
• Experience managing employee exits with legal compliance.
• Understanding of employee relations principles and workplace investigations.
• Superior communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Tech-savvy and able to adapt to new systems.
• Aptitude for process optimization and innovation.
