Requirements

  • Extensive experience in employee relations in France.
  • Degree in French Labor Law, HR, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in French and English.
  • Experience with French collective bargaining agreements.
  • Strong understanding of French termination procedures.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in asynchronous collaboration.
  • Strong record-keeping and data integrity skills.
  • Aptitude for process innovation.
  • Experience working with labor unions.
